You’ve been planning your day for as long as you can remember… 

Today is finally, the day. The day to celebrate your journey as a couple. Now is the time to shine and enjoy yourself. Here are a few ideas to aid your health and happiness on your Special Day.

  1. Be Beautiful: Remembering to breathe into your stomach will help you to keep calm on the day. Yoga Instructors recommend at least 3 deep calming breathes before bringing your attention to the tip of your nose and noticing your breathing. This will help to calm your nerves and ease any Wedding jitters. 
  2. Drink Water: even small sips, especially if drinking alcohol. This will help you to stay concentrated. Remaining hydrated will keep you feeling energised and your skin glowing. 
  3. Eat Little and Often: This will keep your energy levels up. It helps with avoiding tiredness and the bloating sensation of overeating.
  4. Enjoy Yourself: It may seem obvious, but this may also be a helpful reminder. Remember it’s your special day. Be welcoming and warm to your guests. However, it is your day to enjoy aswell. Ensure you have organised people to help with making sure guests are happy.
